Cindy Sass, Registered Dietitian
Cindy has been a registered dietitian since 1994. She has a University degree in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Manitoba, a dietetic internship from The Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, MB and has held the additional certification of Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) for over 20 years. Cindy has been employed in community health centres, family health teams, and diabetes education centres where she has created unique teaching tools, designed and facilitated nutrition programs and counselled thousands of individuals. Cindy has won two national awards for her work developing a nationally recognized teaching tool called "The Diabetes Food Guide." She has been a popular speaker in many workplace wellness programs. In the past five years along with working at The Westend Care Clinic Family Health Team in Kanata and running her own private practice in Kanata/Stittsville, Cindy has been working as a Clinical Dietitian at the Queensway Carleton Hospital in West Ottawa. Cindy has been a member of The College of Dietitians of Ontario since 1994 and is a member of Dietitians of Canada.

Workplace Wellness Workshops
One hour lunch and learn workshop presentation. Select from a list of popular presentations or bring your own ideas and Cindy will deliver a 50 minute interactive, informative and motivating session. In 2020 this has been done over virtual platforms.
